Junior Account Manager

You will be expected to work very closely with the proprietor of the business regarding the strategy of online marketing campaigns for our clients and perform the following main duties:

• Analyse and manipulate data pertaining to a client marketing campaign.
• Liaise with other staff some of whom work remotely as well as external agencies and co-ordinate tasks undertaken by relevant specialists.
• Management of client marketing campaigns.
• Updating of client web sites and external sites which may represent the client.
• Compile and write regular reports for the customer.

Key attributes:

• You will be a highly dynamic individual that can handle multiple tasks at any one time.
• You will be very familiar with the internet, search engines and social networking sites such as Myspace.
• You will be familiar with teaching yourself how to do things via online research e.g. how to create a new formula in Excel.
• You will have good written and verbal communication skills and possess a smart appearance.
• Experience in basic HTML
• Experience in updating websites via content management systems and ecommerce systems.
• Experience in pay-per-click management e.g. Google Adwords

The following are not essential but will be considered an advantage in your application:

• Experience in search engine optimisation
• Experience in management of affiliate schemes e.g. TradeDoubler
• Experience in management of price comparison systems e.g. Kelkoo
• Experience in PR / Online PR
• Ability to undertake copywriting for client web sites and or client adverts
• Ability to program in one or more language
• Ability to work with MS Access
• Ability to work with MS Project
• Knowledge of FTP, MYSQL, Perl
• Clean driving licence
